When it comes to weddings, we know the little details can really mean a lot; and bring a ceremony or reception idea to life.
This week, we’re really pleased to be shining the spotlight on Sussex wedding and event stylist (she also does prop hire!) Sophie Ebeling aka The Boho Blonde! Here’s Sophie to tell us more about her love for what she does, styling inspiration and swoon-worthy shoots…
About The Boho Blonde
I am passionate about creating stunning room and table designs and I especially love vintage and boho themes (hence the name!) I started my business selling upcycled, shabby chic furniture but recently re branded and ventured into wedding styling.
It is an exciting time to get involved with us because we are fresh in the industry and full of unique and creative ideas to bring to the table. We offer a range of styling packages such as table design and photobooth styling but we are happy to work to any brief or budget to create your dream look, so feel free to get in touch even if just for a quick chat.
Here at The Boho Blonde we have lots of gorgeous vintage inspired props and are always looking for unique pieces to add to our collection. My favourite props have to be ‘Robin’ the shabby chic rocking horse and the stunning Alice in Wonderland theme oversized pocket watch. I am planning to do an Alice in Wonderland style shoot this Spring so keep a look out on my website for pics!
I recently did a photoshoot as part of a fair at Stanmer House for a ‘dark florals’ theme. This look is all about rich purple jewel tones and black and grey. It is the perfect theme for autumn weddings and makes a fab alternative to pastel tones for couples looking for something a bit different. Moody florals, gold painted fruit and fresh foliage are key along with wooden accessories and butterfly motifs.
